We are now already in the third month of the year 2021! Time certainly flies when there’s a pandemic am I right? Be honest, those of you who promised themselves a New Year’s Resolution, are you still living by that resolution? 

In a survey made by Quicken back in 2020, results showed that 62% of people give up on their New Year’s resolution after six weeks, while on the annual New Year’s Resolutions Study conducted by Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America 57% said health and wellness was their top focus area for 2021.

4. Exercise Regularly and Stay Active

5. Eat Fruits and Vegetables

6. Avoid Drinking Alcohol and Smoking

It’s no secret that these 2 are bad for your health yet a lot of people are still consuming these types of products. Smoking causes cancer, heart disease, strokes, and other lung diseases. Drinking too much alcohol can cause inflammatory damage, heart damage, and liver damage to name a few.
